About the studio
Two signatures, one shared language.
Miravan Archdesign Studio was born from the meeting of Caio Miraldi's architecture and Vanessa Zini's interior design, two perspectives that became a single language of design.

Caio Miraldi
A graduate in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Caio built a career path uncommon among architects: he began inside the construction site itself. At Zoom 3D, he deepened his knowledge of modeling and photorealistic representation. At Zappacon Engenharia, he coordinated high-end residential projects, handling municipal approvals, structural reports and occupancy permits. In 2016, he became a partner at Zampoli Construtora e Administradora, overseeing projects from budget to delivery, a period in which he developed a mastery rare among architects: that of execution. Since 2019, he has dedicated himself exclusively to Miravan, joining that technical range with an authored language now recognized in international publications.

Interior Design
Vanessa Zini
A graduate in Interior Design, Vanessa built her aesthetic sensibility in cabinetry workshops and material curation before taking on projects under her own name. She worked with firms specializing in residential lighting and in partnerships with high-end cabinetmakers, where she deepened her technical command of finishes, textures and bespoke furniture. In 2019, she joined Caio Miraldi to found Miravan, where she signs the interior design of every project alongside the architecture, not after it.
